It is a large, professional team of Customer Support specialists. We speak 13 languages ​​and help our users to understand all the peculiarities of trading. And now we are looking for a future colleague who will make our customer service even better. What are you going to do? • conduct trainings and meetings of employees of the Customer Service Department in order to increase the quality of work; • supervising the work of Customer Support Officers (up to 15 people); • training, adaptation and motivation*;* • quality control, internal monitoring (viewing tickets / chats, calculating statistics, measuring the level of Customers` satisfaction); • additional activities in order to improve the quality of work. Requirements: • managerial experience; • willing to lead people; • confident PC skills; • high level of English and Portuguese; • good communication and psychological skills; • stress resistance.
